Under the hood of the next Tiburon you will probably see the same DOHC V6 engine that will be used in the Genesis sedan, but also there will be a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with an output of 200 hp. The 2009 Tiburon will make the 0 to 60 mph sprint in 6.2 seconds and have a top speed of 155 mph.
As Mitsubishi did, Hyundai will use a dual exhaust system for the next Tiburon. It will also feature a six-speed manual gearbox.
